💼 About This Role

You'll lead day-to-day execution of tactical mission network capabilities for U.S. European Command. Your work directly supports Ukraine, NATO SOFCOM, and partner forces across the theater. This role drives performance across secure, interoperable network programs in a fast-moving operational environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and execute interoperability and modernization plans with allied defense partners.
• Serve as liaison across U.S. and partner nation staffs for DoD strategic alignment.
• Coordinate with acquisition offices to enable secure, interoperable C4 capabilities.
• Analyze systems to identify opportunities for enhanced connectivity and mission effectiveness.

📋 Requirements

• 5 years of experience in U.S. military C4 or network-enabled warfighting operations.
• 5 years of experience in security cooperation or foreign military engagement.
• 3 years of experience on a Joint or Combatant Command staff.
• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and U.S. citizenship.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Program Executive Offices or Defense Security Cooperation Agency.
• Familiarity with C2 structures and European theater operations.
• PMP or Agile certification.
