💼 About This Role

You'll implement behavior intervention plans for children with autism as part of a supportive clinical team. You'll collect data on patient progress and collaborate with a BCBA to adjust plans. Free ClassPass membership and guaranteed full-time hours set this role apart.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans directed by the BCBA
• Collect and record data on patient progress and behavior using iPad
• Build rapport and therapeutic relationship with patients and caregivers
• Collaborate with BCBA and team to update behavior intervention plans

📋 Requirements

• Available Monday–Friday 7:45am–4:30pm
• Experience and passion for working with children
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, sit on floor for extended periods
• Willingness to go above and beyond for teammates and patients

✨ Nice to Have

• Bachelor's degree in any field, preferably psychology
• Experience as an RBT or in childcare, teaching, or therapy roles
