You'll develop and execute go-to-market strategies for Mindtickle's AI-powered revenue enablement platform. Your work will drive alignment across cross-functional teams and directly impact revenue growth. This role offers exposure to senior leadership and a path to full customer program ownership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Implement go-to-market strategies for growth and alignment with business objectives.
• Conduct market research to inform customer segmentation and product strategy.
• Manage cross-functional GTM programs with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams.
• Track KPIs and optimize initiatives based on performance metrics.

📋 Requirements

• 7-10 years total experience with 3+ years in management consulting (MBB preferred) or strategy.
• Experience in TMT domain (Technology, Media, Telecom) and SaaS ecosystem.
• Strong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills with executive communication.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects in a matrixed global organization.

✨ Nice to Have

• MBA from a Tier-1 institution.
• Experience in CEO/Founder's office or Strategy & Operations in a tech startup.
• Experience in a SaaS function like product, sales, or demand generation.
