Description

You will shape and scale the next generation of our internal data platform at Roblox, pioneering intuitive, self-service tools and AI-assisted workflows for engineering teams managing massive data analytics and machine learning environments. You'll partner with product managers and backend engineers to translate complex infrastructure into elegant, unified experiences.

Requirements

• 5+ years product design experience solving complex, systems-level problems
• Domain expertise in data analytics, ML, cloud infrastructure, or developer tooling
• Experience in AI/LLM design for agentic workflows or AI assistants
• Expert-level command of modern design stacks (Figma, tokens, libraries)
• Obsessive dedication to craft and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Define product experience for Data at Roblox
• Pioneer 'Agentic Experience' for Data with LLM-powered interfaces
• Lead end-to-end UX design for Analytical Data and ML platforms
• Unify fragmented developer tools into a cohesive platform
• Partner with PMs and backend engineers to maintain design fidelity
