You'll lead multiple retail and Micro Fulfillment Center operations, coaching teams and driving P&L performance. You will ensure flawless execution and a perfect customer experience. This role offers the chance to develop a deep bench of talent and work cross-functionally with diverse teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage day-to-day operations in retail and MFC environments.
• Coach and develop Operation Associates for growth and succession.
• Track metrics and develop strategies to improve customer experience.
• Serve as liaison between department rollout and local execution.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in retail, supply chain, or operations.
• Leadership experience managing multi-location teams.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and retain high-performing employees.
• Adept at analytical work and motivating others in deadline-driven environments.

✨ Nice to Have

• Degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Experience with fluid schedules and peak hour availability.
