💼 About This Role

You'll drive customer acquisition and strategic partnerships across the German space and defense ecosystem. You'll shape go-to-market strategy and influence Loft's product roadmap to deliver space infrastructure-as-a-service.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Build and grow customer pipeline across German government and commercial sectors.
  • Cultivate long-term relationships with key stakeholders like DLR, BAAINBw, and primes.
  • Identify and negotiate strategic partnerships for space infrastructure-as-a-service.
  • Attend and speak at German and European space industry events.

📋 Requirements

  • 7+ years of sales or business development in space, aerospace, or defense.
  • Demonstrated success in capturing new business across German space and defense landscape.
  • Experience selling complex technical solutions in space, aerospace, or defense.
  • Fluency in German and English (spoken and written).

✨ Nice to Have

  • Fluency in French or additional European languages.
  • Experience winning proposals for spacecraft development programs.
