You'll define and drive the product strategy for a SaaS platform evolving from monitoring into full Technical Asset Management in the energy sector. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and own the product vision and roadmap with executive leadership.
• Lead and develop a small senior product team.
• Translate complex technical and data-driven insights into scalable product offerings.

• Drive evidence-based product decisions using customer feedback and business impact analysis.

📋 Requirements

• Energy systems domain experience (utility-scale storage, grid operations, etc.).
• Building/managing analytics-driven products reliant on data pipelines or models.
• Ability to engage with highly technical stakeholders (engineers, operators, commercial leaders).
• 5+ years professional experience, including 2+ years in product leadership.
