🎯 What You'll Do
- Build and maintain relationships with resellers and integrators.
- Lead and improve end-to-end sales process and automation.
- Coordinate sales experience with Growth, Product, and Tech teams.
- Coach and mentor the sales team with hands-on support.
📋 Requirements
- 8+ years of sales experience with 3+ years in leadership.
- Fluent in professional German (written and spoken).
- Proven Enterprise Sales experience with diverse customer base.
