🎯 What You'll Do
- Troubleshoot Alertus hardware and software with customers
- Provide customer support via phone, email, and screen share
- Prioritize support requests in Salesforce ticketing system
- Create Knowledge Base articles based on case information
📋 Requirements
- 0-2 years experience in Technical Support
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, HTTP/S, TLS)
- Experience troubleshooting Windows systems
✨ Nice to Have
- Understanding of Windows, Linux, and MacOS administration
- Familiarity with REST and API integrations
- Net+, Security+, or similar certification
