Description

As the CMMC Manager, you will lead federal compliance engagements including project management, client service, and technical assessment strategy. You will mentor junior staff and ensure high-quality delivery of compliance reports for a fast-paced cybersecurity firm.

Requirements

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity, management information systems, computer science, or relevant discipline
• IT Audit management experience required, Big 4 external consulting experience preferred
• At least 5 years of experience in information security
• Familiarity with any of the following Security Frameworks (NIST, ISO, COBIT, HIPAA/HITECH, etc.) required
• Experience with US government compliance, including FISMA, FedRAMP, RMF, and CSF preferred
• Willing to obtain CMMC Certified Practitioner (CCP) upon hire
• CISA, CISSP, CISM, CCSK, or other relevant certifications required
• Ability to meet deadlines with a high degree of motivation
• Excellent communication skills

• Ability to work individually as well as collaboratively

• Ensure deadlines are met
• Provide updates to leadership team
• Attend manager meetings
• Mediate complications relating to client, staff consultants, or project execution
• Review work papers, drafts, and final reports with high attention to detail
