Description

You will manage and coordinate efforts between Archer's Structural Integrity teams and external product development teams, ensuring schedule, technical performance, and customer satisfaction. You will build relationships, lead multidisciplinary teams, and drive on-time execution.

Requirements

• Understanding of design, development, test and production of mechanical systems
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience
• 5+ years experience in product and program leadership roles
• Project management experience
• Familiarity with Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or similar scheduling software

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, suppliers, and customers
• Act as primary interface between Structural Integrity, Engineering, Program Management, and Supply Chain
• Manage schedule, technical performance, and program risks, issues, and opportunities
• Build program schedules, lead kickoff/gate meetings, and track milestone progress
• Drive on-time execution internally and at suppliers
