You'll manage a team of hourly associates in Carvana's Inspection Center to meet production and quality goals. You'll oversee vehicle movement, repairs, and associate development to ensure every car meets our rigorous standards. This role offers a start-up atmosphere with rapid career growth.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage movement of cars into and out of the Inspection Center
• Oversee day-to-day activities and coach assigned team
• Review and approve mechanical and physical defects of inventory
• Train team using Quality Control standards to minimize re-work

📋 Requirements

• Valid unrestricted driver's license with clean record
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Experience using computers
• Demonstrated expertise in reconditioning processes
