Description

You will own the full stack of the business host payout experience, from in-product flows to API and developer platforms, developing net-new financial management products for Airbnb's business hosts.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience building payments or financial products in a product management role.
• Demonstrated experience building enterprise or B2B products.
• Experience building or managing API-based products and developer-facing platforms.
• Global and multi-market experience.
• Ability to articulate vision and strategy.
• Exceptional prioritization and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the full stack of business host payout experience, including instrument management, host team management, earnings reconciliation, and new financial services offerings.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, data science, field operations) and external enterprise partners to build and scale products.
• Set vision, strategy, and roadmap for the product area.
