📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of hands-on engineering experience.
• 5+ years leading engineering teams as Director or VP.
• Proven record of building 0→1 products in startup environment.
• Expertise in system design, distributed systems, and AWS.

• Experience in SaaS, AI/ML, or B2B products.
• Experience with hybrid engineering teams.
• Experience in security or regulated environments.
