• Jump into daily production activities to see manufacturing operations from start to finish.
• Work alongside supervisors to support schedules, workflow, and takt time.
• Track and analyze production metrics like output, quality, and downtime.
• Support safety initiatives and continuous improvement projects on the shop floor.

📋 Requirements

• Current student pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Interest in manufacturing or operations leadership.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
• Basic skills in Microsoft Excel or similar tools.
