🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform an engaging daily on-air show
• Write and publish two original articles per weekday
• Conduct strategy and coaching sessions with air talent
• Collaborate with sales leadership to generate revenue through programming

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of full-time radio experience
• Demonstrated leadership building successful brands or teams
• Proven success in audience growth and digital content performance
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and vehicle

• Understanding of FCC rules and regulations
• Experience with social media platforms
