🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver manufacturing diagnostics and tools for product line
• Collaborate with hardware, firmware, software and manufacturing teams
• Manage overall development life cycle and projects
• Hire, manage, and motivate software development team

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of software development as individual contributor
• 3+ years leading engineering teams in hardware or storage company
• 2+ years collaborating with remote US teams
• Experience in systems programming with Linux and Python

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with server technologies (BMC, BIOS, Storage, networking)
• Knowledge of NAND and Flash based memory
