💼 About This Role

You'll own end-to-end equity administration processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance across a global equity program. You'll partner with Finance, Legal, and HR to support audits, financial reporting, and compensation planning cycles. This role offers fully remote work with global flexibility.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage equity grants, vesting, exercises, terminations, and record maintenance.
• Maintain cap table accuracy and governance standards.
• Support audits, financial reporting, and proxy statement preparation.
• Assist compensation planning cycles and benchmarking.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in equity administration or compensation.
• Strong understanding of equity structures and cap tables.
• Experience with compensation benchmarking and annual cycles.
• Ability to build scalable processes in ambiguous environments.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with SEC reporting or proxy statements.
• Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification.
• Experience with global equity programs.
