🎯 What You'll Do

• Source technical candidates using standard and creative channels
• Review inbound applications and assess alignment with role requirements
• Craft personalized outreach to engage top technical talent
• Track sourcing activity and pipeline health in the ATS

📋 Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience sourcing technical talent
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing tools
• Strong understanding of technical roles and candidate profiles
• Proven ability to engage candidates through personalized messaging
