💼 About This Role

You'll drive food safety, quality excellence, and operational compliance across the Distribution Centre, working with cross-functional teams and external partners. You'll lead initiatives to improve inbounding accuracy and strengthen FEFO management, ensuring products meet regulatory standards. This role supports continuous improvement projects and contributes to company-wide OKR targets.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Implement the HelloFresh Food Safety and Quality Assurance Management System within the DC
• Drive food safety culture through engagement and awareness initiatives
• Coordinate customer complaint investigations and liaise with stakeholders
• Lead design and continuous improvement of BRCGS-compliant Quality Management System
• Manage quarantine areas and coordinate stock movement based on quality decisions

📋 Requirements

• Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or related discipline
• Proven experience in a Raw Materials Technologist or similar quality role in food industry
• Strong understanding of food safety regulations and raw material quality standards
• Familiar with HACCP, GMP, BRCGS, and ISO standards
