💼 About This Role

You'll build and run Aclima's operating system to increase execution speed and cross-functional alignment across product, engineering, go-to-market, and finance. You'll translate strategy into measurable outcomes through clear cadence and accountability, while leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency and delivering complex programs in regulated and public-sector environments. This role reports to the CEO and partners closely with the board and founders to turn priorities into repeatable execution.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Establish clear company operating cadence with weekly executive and monthly reviews.
• Implement a single source of truth for company health metrics across delivery, quality, and finance.
• Improve delivery reliability by defining commitment criteria and installing program management.
• Build systems using AI tools to increase speed and automation across the organization.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in COO or operating leadership role at a venture-backed technology company.
• Proven experience building and scaling operating systems for hybrid services-plus-software businesses.
• Track record of translating strategy into execution with clear metrics and accountability.
• Demonstrated use of AI tools to improve organizational efficiency and automation.
