🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead the development of a cross-platform runtime system
• Define and own technical strategy and roadmap
• Hire, mentor, and retain top-tier systems engineers
• Drive cross-team alignment on complex technical initiatives

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years managing engineering teams in systems-focused environments
• 5+ years hands-on systems programming (hypervisors, kernel, OS internals)
• Deep understanding of virtualization technologies (VMMs, hypervisors)
• Strong experience with container ecosystems (OCI, containerd, runc)
