You'll own and grow your long-term care territory by building trusted relationships and making a meaningful difference in patient care. You'll partner with prescribers, pharmacists, and facility decision-makers to identify appropriate patients, initiate therapy, and support long-term treatment success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; life sciences preferred
  • Minimum 12 years of healthcare sales (3+ in complex/account-based selling)
  • Advanced selling and negotiation skills
  • Proven leadership, mentorship, and role-model capabilities at a regional level
  • Strong business acumen, organization, and self-motivation
  • Must reside within the territory (or within 30 miles of its border)
  • Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
  • Ability to drive a company vehicle daily and travel independently by air
  • Must meet vaccination and facility access requirements

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with all members of the LTC resident care team
  • Promote Acadia products by delivering compliant clinical, disease state, and reimbursement education
  • Identify and address customer questions, concerns, and objections with advanced selling skills
  • Develop deep knowledge of customers, practices, and local/regional market trends
  • Create and execute quarterly territory business/action plans
  • Provide guidance on pricing, reimbursement, and LTC-specific profitability parameters
  • Collaborate with sales management, territory teammates, and cross-functional partners
  • Represent Acadia at conferences, exhibits, product launches, and training sessions
  • Mentor and train new/junior Sales Specialists
  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements, company policies, and LTC regulations
