Description

You will lead strategic planning and governance for IT, drive executive decision enablement, orchestrate cross-functional initiatives, evolve the IT operating model, and champion operational excellence. This high-impact role partners with IT leadership to translate CIO priorities into measurable business outcomes.

Requirements

• 8–10 years in technology strategy, PMO leadership, or chief-of-staff roles within a CIO's office
• Experience partnering with senior executives and driving cross-functional impact
• Strong strategic thinking, communication, and organizational leadership skills
• Familiarity with product-centric delivery, agile, and enterprise planning tooling

Responsibilities

• Lead IT strategic planning and governance including OKRs, quarterly business reviews, and multi-year planning
• Drive executive decision enablement with insights, narratives, and board materials
• Orchestrate cross-functional strategic initiatives ensuring ownership clarity and risk management
• Evolve IT operating model adopting product-centric delivery and agile standards
• Champion operational excellence through standardized ways of working and reporting frameworks
