You'll lead planning and execution of medical education programs for Penumbra's product lines, collaborating with sales, marketing, and physician faculty. You will drive on-site management and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines. This role offers the opportunity to shape educational strategies that impact patient outcomes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead all aspects of program planning to execution for CE programs and workshops
• Develop and analyze program metrics and attendee feedback
• Maintain and update agenda templates and speaker slide decks
• Build and maintain key relationships with faculty and vendors

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years relevant medical education experience
• Experience managing multiple complex programs in a regulated environment
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Proactive communication and timely execution skills
