💼 About This Role

You'll oversee demand forecasting and inventory planning for a fast-growing ethnic e-grocery company. You'll work cross-functionally to optimize stock levels and improve forecast accuracy while using SQL to build dashboards. This role is onsite 5 days a week in Fremont and offers equity and a 4% 401k match.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide daily guidance and oversight to the category with cross-functional teams.
• Analyze demand forecast risks and develop mitigation plans for inventory.
• Plan and update forecasts for new products, seasonal items, and promotions.
• Use SQL to create dashboards for data-driven demand forecasting.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering management, supply chain, or related field.
• 1 year professional experience with SQL and Excel for data analysis.
• Understanding of inventory management practices in fast-paced environments.
