You'll serve as a functional lead and SME, translating business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions. You'll drive platform evolution including document generation modernization and UI simplification for a purpose-driven RIA firm. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead Salesforce solution design from requirements through deployment
• Configure Flows, objects, fields, record types, and permissions
• Partner with stakeholders for walkthroughs, UAT, and change management
• Support major initiatives like DocuSign migration and platform optimization

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of Salesforce experience (Sales, Service, or Financial Services Cloud)
• Bachelor's degree
• Salesforce certifications (Administrator or Business Analyst) preferred or within 1 year
• Strong expertise in Salesforce configuration and functional solution design

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with LWC for targeted UI needs
• Experience with integrations like DocuSign, Skuid, or Conga
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
