You'll lead the People team at our Seymour, IN processing site, driving leadership excellence and championing a people-first culture. You'll steward unique culture, collaborate cross-functionally, and ensure compliance and continuous improvement. This role offers the chance to build scalable processes in a fast-paced operational environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead local People team to champion crew engagement and service.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to cultivate inclusive culture.
• Oversee onboarding, orientation, and compliance training.
• Investigate employee relations concerns and mitigate risk.
• Partner with payroll and leaders on timekeeping accuracy.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years experience in People function
• Bilingual English/Spanish required
• Experience with HRIS/payroll system
• Ability to travel up to 50% first year
