You'll manage a portfolio of SME customers, understanding their needs and identifying opportunities to support them with Allica Bank's products. You'll originate lending opportunities from enquiry to completion, building deep relationships with clients and local advisors. 📋 Requirements

• Track record of building high-value, trust-based referral relationships in SME banking
• Background in commercial lending with experience in credit applications
• Ability to analyze financial accounts and associated information
• Proven history of excellent customer service and generating new income opportunities
