🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute production schedules across machining, roll forming, and FSW processes
• Establish process standards and hold team accountable for quality
• Mentor technician team with feedback and performance reviews
• Communicate daily progress and blockers to upper management

📋 Requirements

• Manufacturing leadership experience with aggressive production schedules
• 3+ years in machining, roll forming, or FSW operations
• 3+ years with rigging and crane operations as lift director
• Experience partnering with cross-functional teams like engineering and quality
