🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on residential HVAC systems
• Diagnose issues and complete repairs with a high first-time fix rate
• Educate customers on HVAC systems and energy-saving tips
• Maintain accurate records in Service Titan platform

📋 Requirements

• Residential HVAC service experience
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to pass background check and drug test
• EPA certification preferred
