You'll lead national launch strategy for PROCEPT's Aquablation Therapy, building and scaling a high-performing team to ensure rapid and consistent hospital adoption. You'll own key performance metrics and serve as the central integrator across clinical, operational, and financial readiness.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and operationalize national launch strategy aligned with CAP and UTL priorities
• Build and lead a high-performing national launch organization
• Serve as central integrator across CAP, UTL, Marketing, Clinical, and Reimbursement
• Track and report on time-to-value, referral conversion, and reimbursement metrics

📋 Requirements

• 12-15+ years in MedTech leadership or program management
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
• Experience scaling teams and driving adoption in hospital settings
• Willingness to travel ~50%
