You'll manage enterprise mobility services, ensuring secure access and device lifecycle management. You'll support end-user productivity by troubleshooting complex mobility issues and automating workflows. This role is critical for enterprise mobility strategy and operational excellence.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Administer Workspace ONE/UEM platforms and device enrollment.
• Maintain Apple Business Manager and Android Enterprise environments.
• Handle full device lifecycle activities including provisioning and retirement.
• Act as escalation point for complex mobility incidents.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in enterprise mobility administration or endpoint management.
• Hands-on experience with Workspace ONE, Intune, or JAMF.
• Strong understanding of mobile device management and endpoint security.
• Experience with ServiceNow and ITIL-based workflows.

✨ Nice to Have

• Relevant certifications such as MD-102, JAMF, or SC-900.
• Scripting skills in PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
• Knowledge of Azure Active Directory.
