You'll work one-on-one with children with Autism, implementing goals written and overseen by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst. Your core impact is helping children acquire new skills through fun, science-based teaching procedures. You'll also collect data and provide feedback within a collaborative, growth-focused culture.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Implement behavior intervention plans one-on-one with children
• Collect data on client progress and provide feedback
• Create motivating and engaging learning environments

📋 Requirements

• Year-round availability for Monday-Friday shifts
• Previous experience working with children
• Reliable transportation to commute within 30 minutes
• Ability to become RBT within 90 days
