You'll lead complex employee relations investigations and performance management for a mission-driven healthcare organization. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead confidential ER investigations including harassment and discrimination allegations
• Conduct interviews, gather evidence, and produce documentation with Legal partnership
• Serve as subject matter expert in performance management and coaching
• Support high-risk terminations and leave/accommodation-related ER cases

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or commitment to obtain within 3 years
• 5+ years professional experience in employee relations
• Demonstrated expertise in ER design and execution
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
