💼 About This Role

You'll join Chooose to uphold quality standards across our product suite for lower carbon fuel programs. You'll conduct manual UI and API testing and collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Customer Ops teams. This role offers the chance to immerse yourself in analytical tasks and contribute to a mission-driven company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Analyze requirements and designs to identify gaps and issues.
• Plan and execute manual UI and API testing, report bugs.
• Investigate customer-reported issues and implement preventive measures.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure timely software delivery and go-live support.

📋 Requirements

• 3–5 years of QA experience in a software product company.
• Proficiency in API and UI testing with Agile SDLC knowledge.
• Experience testing NoSQL databases and navigating non-relational data.
• Strong problem-solving skills with ability to deep-dive into complex issues.

✨ Nice to Have

• Background in climate/sustainability tech or travel/hospitality/airline industries.
• Experience building scalable aggregations and queries on NoSQL databases.
• Scripting or programming experience.
