• Guide technical strategy and architecture decisions.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in software engineering with 5+ years in people leadership
• Experience leading multiple teams or company-level initiatives
• Proven track record of driving product impact through ambiguous problem spaces
• Technical depth to engage on architecture and implementation decisions
