💼 About This Role

You'll lead a high-performance team at Picnic's Fulfilment Center, owning site performance across safety, quality, and cost. You'll drive Lean programs and 6S standards to achieve operational excellence. This role offers the chance to shape a customer-first culture in a fast-paced environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Take responsibility for site performance meeting safety, quality, and operational KPIs.
• Create a high-performance environment where teams are supported and motivated.
• Guide and coach Operations Managers and Supervisors to strengthen leadership quality.
• Manage critical incidents, escalations, and ensure smooth operational planning.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant field
• 6+ years operations experience including large multi-shift teams
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and build high-performing teams
• Experience driving Lean and continuous improvement initiatives

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in e-commerce or fulfillment center operations
• Certification in Lean or Six Sigma
• Familiarity with 6S standards
