You'll support store leadership in delivering an exceptional customer experience for music and pop culture fans. You'll help train new recruits and manage daily operations to meet sales targets. This role lets you combine your fandom knowledge with retail leadership skills in a fan-centric environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage return customers
• Open and close the store as needed
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for shifts

• Knowledge of music and pop culture trends
• Experience with BOPIS or curbside pickup
• Leadership or supervisory experience
