You'll drive business growth by acquiring new customers and nurturing relationships within the commercial/mid-market segment in Indonesia and SEA. You'll engage with decision-makers and demonstrate the value of our end-to-end automation platform to create long-term success stories. This role offers the chance to be part of a fast-moving, fast-thinking growth company.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Acquire new logos and expand customer base (60% focus)
- Mine existing relationships for growth opportunities (40% focus)
- Develop strategic account plans for long-term relationships
- Collaborate with technical sales and customer success teams
๐ Requirements
- 7-12 years of enterprise software or solution sales experience
- Proven track record selling to enterprise/mid-market customers in Thailand and SEA
- Experience with land-and-expand strategies and initial deals over USD 30-50K
- Strong skills in account planning and multi-product selling
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience growing strategic accounts from 30K to 200K through upselling
- Excellent communication and negotiation in Bhasa and English
