Description

As a Technology Consultant at SimplifyNext, you'll deliver automation-led digital transformation by designing and implementing intelligent solutions using RPA, AI, and analytics. You'll work across the full project lifecycle, from discovery to deployment, and mentor junior team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with 2-3 years consulting or technology experience
• Strong programming skills in VB.NET, C#, or similar OOP languages
• Solid understanding of SDLC and agile delivery
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience leading a small project or workstream is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Design and develop automations using ServiceNow, UiPath, Power Automate, Outsystems, or similar
• Integrate AI capabilities like computer vision or NLP where relevant
• Lead workstreams and support project management activities
• Mentor junior team members and share technical knowledge
