Description

You will drive innovation in supply chain management using AI/ML and operations research, tackling challenges in inbound SCM and fulfillment center operations. You'll design, build, and deploy production-ready solutions while collaborating cross-functionally to shape SCM automation strategy.

Requirements

• Master's/PhD in quantitative field (CS, OR, Statistics, etc.)
• Years of hands-on industry experience deploying ML models
• Proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch)
• Experience with SQL and distributed computing (Spark, Dask)
• Understanding of ML algorithms, optimization, and experimental design

Responsibilities

• Conduct EDA and translate business needs into data science problems with clear success metrics
• Develop and implement ML and/or OR models using Python, solvers like Gurobi
• Build prototypes, validate via backtesting and A/B tests
• Deploy validated models into production with MLOps practices
• Monitor model performance, troubleshoot, and iterate on solutions
