💼 About This Role
You'll convert inbound interest into qualified pipeline for DeepL's B2B product suite. Working closely with Marketing, you'll maximize ROI from events and always-on campaigns as the first prospect touchpoint. This role offers a chance to shape the entire prospect experience at a fast-growing AI company.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Manage end-to-end follow-up for all event leads including webinars and trade shows.
- Respond rapidly to inbound leads from contact forms, trials, and content downloads.
- Qualify leads and generate pipeline using DeepL's discovery framework.
- Provide feedback to Marketing on lead quality and conversion patterns.
📋 Requirements
- Business fluency in English and native/bilingual fluency in Japanese
- Minimum 6 months of relevant sales or customer-facing experience
- Active listening skills and curiosity to understand customer requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for building rapport
