Description

You will join Jump Trading's global Clearing team in Shanghai, ensuring reliable flow of trading activity between venues and clearing firms. Perform daily trade capture, reconciliations, and resolve breaks while collaborating with traders, developers, and external counterparties to improve post-trade operations.

Requirements

• 3-7 years experience in post-trade operations, clearing, or middle office preferred
• Good knowledge of post-trade lifecycles of Equities, Treasuries, Futures, FX, Options, and/or Swaps
• Strong attention to detail and ability to process large volumes of data under time constraints
• Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance or related fields

Responsibilities

• Learn and support critical daily Clearing functions including trade capture, lifecycle management, reconciliation and break resolution across products and venues
• Perform daily trade, position and cash reconciliations between internal systems and external counterparties
• Monitor and resolve trade, position, and settlement breaks in a timely manner, escalating where appropriate
• Assist with bringing new business online, including testing and operational readiness
• Assist with developing back-office infrastructure and improving process deficiencies
