💼 About This Role

You'll lead product quality for Mission Critical modular data centers at Crusoe, overseeing the entire lifecycle from raw materials to finished shipment. You'll define and execute a quality strategy for scalable production of Spark product line and Power Distribution Centers. This role combines technical leadership with people management to ensure complex integrated systems meet rigorous standards.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and execute product quality vision and long-term strategy.
• Direct and mentor Receiving and Production QC inspection teams.
• Manage and evolve the facility's Quality Management System (QMS).
• Serve as technical authority for ISO 9001 and regulatory compliance.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience in product quality in heavy manufacturing or industrial environment.
• 2+ years in a leadership role managing team performance.
• Advanced understanding of build quality best practices and inspection techniques.
• Proven experience developing and implementing QMS and performance dashboards.

✨ Nice to Have

• Expertise in ISO 9001, UL 891, and Lean Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt).
• Direct experience administering a full QMS in modular building or data center infrastructure industry.
