💼 About This Role
You'll build Finout's global enablement function from scratch, reporting to the CRO. Your work will directly impact how GTM teams, partners, and customers adopt cloud cost management solutions. This is a unique chance to shape a world-class enablement function at a high-growth SaaS company backed by $85M+ in funding.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Design global enablement strategy aligned with enterprise GTM motion.
- Deliver pre-boarding, onboarding, and role-based bootcamps for sales teams.
- Own LMS evaluation, implementation, and administration.
- Track enablement KPIs such as ramp time, win rates, and adoption.
📋 Requirements
- 7+ years in Enablement, Revenue Enablement, Sales Operations, or GTM in B2B SaaS.
- Proven experience building enablement functions from the ground up.
- Strong understanding of Enterprise GTM motions including complex sales cycles.
- Hands-on experience enabling teams on ZoomInfo, Gong, Outreach, and Salesforce.
