You'll support Back Market's mission by providing timely, clear customer support across channels and coaching outsourced agents. You'll directly improve the customer experience and test new solutions to keep our service exceeding expectations. This role offers hybrid flexibility in a mission-driven environment focused on refurbished tech.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide customer support via email, phone, chat, and social media.
• Coach outsourced agents on processes and best practices.
• Test new customer-facing tools and solutions.
• Collaborate with Care Ops and Content teams on projects.

📋 Requirements

• Fluency in English and German (C1+).
• 1+ year in a Customer Care role.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Analytical skills with data handling experience.
