You'll support a federal agency's legal mission with litigation tasks like cite checking and legal research. You'll prepare draft legal documents and assist attorneys through all phases of litigation. This role offers the chance to work on meaningful government cases with a collaborative team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform complex legal research for trial staff.
• Assist in preparing draft legal documents like motions and briefs.
• Conduct cite checking via Westlaw and Lexis.
• Review new cases and research pertinent laws.

📋 Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree or equivalent legal training/experience.
• Working knowledge of federal and state court systems.
• Experience with LEXIS and Westlaw legal research tools.
• Hands-on familiarity with computer applications including word processing and databases.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in government or litigation support environment.
• Experience with Relativity.
• Publication of legal writings or Law Review participation.
