💼 About This Role

You'll lead Tandem PV's space solar program from the ground up, building and managing a team to adapt our perovskite/silicon tandem technology for orbit. Your work will deliver high-efficiency, lightweight power systems for satellites and spacecraft. This is a ground-floor opportunity at a well-funded startup entering a rapidly growing market.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define technical roadmap for space-qualified tandem solar panels
• Hire, manage, and mentor a team of engineers and technicians
• Adapt terrestrial tandem technology for space environments
• Oversee development of lightweight panel architectures

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience developing space solar cells or photovoltaic arrays
• Track record leading engineering teams or complex technical programs
• Background in perovskite, tandem, or thin-film solar technologies
