You'll lead a team of Enterprise Sales Directors selling AI-powered customer experience platforms to Fortune 500 companies. 🎯 What You'll Do

  • Manage, hire, and train Enterprise Sales Directors to exceed quotas.
  • Coach team on productivity metrics like deal size and win rate.
  • Develop executive relationships with Named Enterprise accounts.
  • Deliver strategic growth plans and ensure forecast accuracy.

📋 Requirements

  • 5+ years as an enterprise software sales leader managing Named/Strategic accounts.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas in high-growth technology companies.
  • Experience with value-based sales to C-suite and IT stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of MEDDPICC and Challenger sales methodology.
